The hotel is wonderful with very good and courteous stuff and views of the ocean. The property is in the central location in centre of Playa del Carmen. The bets part that its close to the most popular clubs of the area. 

Overall clean place with genuinely helpful staff members and ocean views. Totally real good stay for that business trip.

The room was clean, I had excellent experience.

The hotel was nice little, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely great and courteous on arrival and throughout the stay.

Loved a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers in the room. And it was facing the ocean. The property was in the heart of the city.

the location offered was super close enough to the whole mexican-caribbean coastline, the center of 5th avenue and downtown and 5th ave.

In summary, this hotel is a wonderful choice for a vacation. It offers a prime location with direct access to a beautiful beach, attentive staff, and well-maintained facilities. We can't wait to come back!

My favorite property in Playa del Carmen. Peaceful hotel with ocean views of the ocean and knowledgeable and excellent staff. Favourable location close to bars and restaurants. Appreciated central area. A fabulous restaurant in property.  

The staff was especially helpful and very amiable, the room was immaculate with balloons, mini fridge. We had a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Wonderful hotel and the location in to the sea was super. Location: the venue was adjacent to the best Playa del Carmen night life as well as the tourist area. Centro district was worth exploring

There where exceptionally comfortable beds and a personal safe, air conditioning, and iron and ironing board inside the room.

The building is nice and the rooms are clean and perfect. It has great location to see Quinta Avenida.

The rooms soundproof and inviting with a cake, a hammock on the balcony for a siesta.

Clean room with the balcony and microwave, for example, very good staff. Awesome, marvellous location directly on the beach. Besides, excellent for visiting Quinta Avenida.
